Terms of Service

1. Service Description
FormulOK provides an AI-powered Bill of Materials generation service. Users upload product images and dimensions, and the service returns a BOM with components, quantities, and cost estimates. The service is provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy or merchantability.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at security@formulok.com. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
3. Credit Usage
Credits are consumed per BOM generation. Unused credits roll over monthly on all plans. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer the AI models, (b) use the service for illegal products, (c) upload malicious files, (d) attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures, or (e) resell the service without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
FormulOK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. BOM outputs are for reference purposes and should be verified by qualified professionals before production.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. We may terminate immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 14 days' notice via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
